We take privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. In short: we collect as little data as possible, we don't sell it, and we try to be honest about everything.
For applications running locally (mobile & desktop) we collect minimal anonymous usage analytics — feature usage, error rates, performance metrics. We never collect personal information, location data, device identifiers, activity history, or behavioural data. Contact form submissions are retained only long enough to reply; we do not build profiles from them.
We measure aggregate feature usage and error rates with no personal identifiers attached. Individual events are deleted after 30 days of aggregation. We never create user profiles. You can opt out at any time.
All data stored on your device is encrypted using AES-256 via your device's secure enclave. All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3. Cloud backups (when you choose to use them) are encrypted on-device before leaving — we cannot access your backup contents.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal data we hold. Submit requests via our contact form (topic: Privacy or GDPR request). We comply within 30 days. Under GDPR (Articles 15–21) you also have the right to restrict processing and to object.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising. If payment processing is required for a product, it is handled by your device's app store (Apple / Google) — we never see your full payment information.
